By completing the online order form to make a purchase, you are offering to enter into a contract to purchase items from Yourkit.pro, powered by WebOrka Inc.
If Yourkit.pro accepts your offer, the items will be sold to you subject to these Terms of Sale and Delivery and our Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").
The contract is formed when Yourkit.pro accepts your order and notifies you of its acceptance. Your order will not be accepted until full payment has been received, including the product price and applicable delivery charges.

All prices displayed on Yourkit.pro are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). GST and other applicable taxes will be charged on orders placed within Canada.
Some banks and financial institutions may charge additional fees for international transactions. Customers are responsible for any such fees.
Product prices do not vary based on the customer's location. However, delivery charges may vary depending on the shipping destination.
Yourkit.pro is not responsible for additional charges, fees, duties, or taxes imposed by local governments, port authorities, or third-party agencies. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Arrangements
Your shopping cart displays the items you have selected, along with the applicable shipping and packaging charges. Delivery costs may vary depending on the shipping methods available for each product.
All estimated delivery times are calculated in business days.
The estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks for orders within the United States and Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Yourkit.pro makes no representation that products sold through the website are appropriate or available for use outside these countries.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.

Notice of Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you must notify Yourkit.pro within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.
When submitting a notification, you must provide a copy of your invoice and purchase receipt.
You must also provide a clear explanation of the issue, including a photograph showing the defect.

Neither party shall have any remedy for any representation or warranty not expressly stated in this agreement, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
