Due to the custom nature of each garment produced, Yourkit.pro, a website powered by Weborka Inc., does not offer returns or refunds.

If you receive an incorrect item, a return may be approved at the discretion of Yourkit.pro. If approved, you are responsible for arranging the return of the item within 30 days.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and delivery costs. These costs are non-refundable.

Yourkit.pro is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

All returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for replacement.

Replacements Only

Once the returned item is received, Yourkit.pro will inspect it and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.

Due to the customized nature of our products and their limited resale value, refunds are not available.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements under this policy, except where required by applicable law.
